Investor packages
Guaranteed Returns, Managed for You
When you purchase one of our luxury lodges we offer a selection of investor packages with a guaranteed return over a period of 3 years. Some of our owners choose to let out their lodge 100% of the time; others prefer to let it for just some of the year. By retaining some weeks, if you're a charity or private investor, you can utilise those weeks for the use by yourself or resell them to your service users to maximise your income. In doing so you could nett up to 15% per annum.
With some lodge investment plans, your rental return is subject to numerous costs including pitch fees, utilities, cleaning and check-in service. Not with Noah's Retreat, our rental returns are after all costs.
Lodge investment starts from as little as £150,000 and this price includes a fully managed letting service and guaranteed return through holiday rentals of up to 11% for three years.
